Cancellation Policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before your Zoom Session or 1 day before your Proxy Session.
PLEASE READ
If you do not show up to your appointment or cancel within the time specified above, you will not receive a refund of any fees.
Refund Policy: We will refund any fees paid minus the transaction fee charged by PayPal if you cancel your Zoom session at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment or your proxy session at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
